Will Dodds is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RedFalcon Security Ltd., bringing over 23 years of distinguished service with the Saanich Police Department in Canada. 

Retiring at the rank of Sergeant, Will served as the Officer in Charge of the Forensics and Crime Scene Investigation Unit. In this leadership capacity, he directed complex investigative operations, supervised specialized personnel, and upheld the highest standards in evidence management, crisis response, and operational oversight. His career reflects disciplined leadership, accountability, and a deep commitment to public safety.

Drawing upon this extensive law enforcement background, Will established RedFalcon Security Ltd. with a clear strategic vision: to deliver professional security services that are structured and intelligence-driven, meeting national standards of excellence. 

Under his leadership, RedFalcon Security provides proactive, client-centered protection for businesses, institutions, and communities across Canada, employing licensed security guards who integrate law enforcement principles into private security operations — emphasizing risk prevention, operational readiness, and professional conduct.
